Remote Online Notary

Secure Online Notarization

Complete eligible notarizations online through a secure video session with identity verification and electronic signing.

Remote Online Notarization is for notarization only. If your document requires witnesses, please contact me in advance so we can discuss a separate witness-only appointment. If I serve as a witness for a document, I cannot also notarize that same document.

Mobile Notary

Convenient In-Person Notary Service

Need a notary to come to you? Mobile notary appointments are available for homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, and other approved meeting locations.

  • Serving Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties

  • Travel pricing confirmed before the appointment

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required

  • Documents must be complete but unsigned

  • Evening and weekend appointments may be available

Notarial act fee: up to $8 per notarial act. Travel fee: $5 flat travel fee plus round-trip mileage at $0.725 per mile.

Document Delivery Support for Apostille & Authentication Processing

Need a Maryland document prepared for use outside the United States? Contina K. Walters provides comprehensive apostille and authentication courier support for eligible documents.​

Apostille courier support does not mean I issue apostilles or authenticate documents. Apostilles and authentications are completed by the appropriate government office.

Witness-only service is separate from notarization. If I serve as a witness for a document, I cannot also notarize that same document. I do not determine whether your document requires witnesses or provide legal advice.
