Witness Service
(No Notarization)
Witness ONLY (no notarization)
Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to, or instead of, a notary. If you don’t have someone available to serve as a witness, I offer a separate, non‑notarial Witness Service. I attend your in‑person appointment solely as a witness, following the signing instructions provided. Witness Service can be added to a mobile notary appointment or booked on its own when no notarization is needed. Witness fees and travel fees are quoted in advance based on time and distance.
Clarifying note:
This is a convenience service only and does not replace any legal requirement. It is your responsibility to confirm how many witnesses are required and whether an independent witness is needed for your specific document.
Need a neutral witness for your signing? Request Witness Service along with your Mobile Notary appointment.

Apostille Courier Services (Maryland & U.S. Documents)
Help preparing, notarizing (when required), and submitting documents for apostille.
Prepare your documents for international use swiftly and accurately. I provide apostille facilitation, helping ensure that documents are properly prepared and authenticated by the Maryland Secretary of State. Services include document notarization (with remote online options available), assistance with required Secretary of State forms, and support via mail or courier. Perfect for travel, marriage, dual citizenship, education, or business, I’m here to assist you every step of the way.

Apostille vs Authentication (International Documents)
Some countries accept an Apostille, while others require Authentication and Embassy Legalization.
The process depends on whether the destination country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention.

Hague Convention Countries (Apostille)
If the country where your document will be used is part of the Hague Convention, your document will require an Apostille issued by the Maryland Secretary of State.
Typical steps include:
-
Document review
-
Notarization (if required)
-
Submission to the Maryland Secretary of State
-
Apostille certificate issued
-
Document returned to you
Once an Apostille is attached, the document can generally be used in that Hague member country.

Non-Hague Countries (Authentication / Legalization)
If the destination country is not part of the Hague Convention, your document may require additional verification steps.
Typical process:
-
Document notarization (if required)
-
Authentication by the Maryland Secretary of State
-
Additional certification depending on document type
-
Embassy or consulate legalization
Because multiple agencies may be involved, processing times can vary depending on the destination country.
